Our Mission
My mission is to help you see that you are more than your condition and that life can be much more. I chose the word thrive because thriving through Epilepsy is much better than surviving through Epilepsy; when you thrive, you grow, and growth while living with Epilepsy and anxiety is so important. I give you the tools and the support to do just that.

You might not feel grateful, thankful, or even blessed with all that is happening around us at the moment, and I don't blame you; things are tough. But things are not changing anytime soon.
